Chimichanga with Shrimp

Stuffed tortilla with your choice of chunks of beef, chicken, ground beef or shrimp then deep fry it to a golden brown. Topped with cheese sauce, lettuce, sour cream, guacamole and pico de gallo. Served with rice and beans.
